1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or damaged products due to misuse.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or with discounts.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process
- Email info@sensein.in with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, send the product to our address (as provided during communication).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), store credit or bank transfer will be arranged.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged products.
