Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or damaged products due to misuse.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with discounts.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

  • Email info@sensein.in with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, send the product to our address (as provided during communication).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), store credit or bank transfer will be arranged.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged products.
